Defensive Driving

Rutgers Emergency Services offers the New Jersey State Safety Council Defensive Driving Course enabling students, faculty, and staff members to meet the University requirement to operate a University owned, leased or rented vehicle. This course is available to non-members of the Rutgers community at a cost of $20.00 per student. Those affiliated with the University can attend free of charge.
- Please bring a copy of your Drivers License to class.
- Must have completed a vision screening within the last six (6) months if operating a University vehicle. One can be provided the day of the course for $15.00 per student.
