Course Registration System

RU-N Supervisor Essential Certificate Program (SECP)

Open to Rutgers University-Newark full-time staff with supervisory or managerial role. Facilitated by subject matter experts, the curriculum include topics focused on developing essential leadership skills, learning effective communication styles, performance management tools, and HR compliance resources.

 

Performance Management Program

Rutgers University Performance Management tool is designed to support managers and employees through the full performance management cycle which includes Goal Setting, Goal Alignment and Employee Development.

An online performance management tool makes it easy to set, track and share goals from manager to employee and across teams.

Learning the Systems of Cornerstone

Employees designated to manage the Financial, Human Resources & Payroll, Procurement & Expense Management transactions for the department have access to training resources. Register to and attend online or on-site; and learn how to navigate cornerstone to efficiently and effectively manage your individual department’s administrative process.
