- Provides expertise in Recruitment, Onboarding, and Classification Services (ROCS), supporting the university’s workforce needs and strategic priorities.
- Collaborates with academic and administrative leaders to advance workforce planning, talent acquisition, position classification, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
- Ensures recruitment and employment practices are administered in compliance with university policies, collective bargaining agreements, and applicable regulations, while contributing to the successful execution of Chancellor-led priorities and campus-wide workforce initiatives.
