New Employee Orientation and Campus Tour

Welcome to Rutgers University-Newark!
Attend the New Employee Virtual Orientation (NEO) and learn more about Rutgers University, The State University of New Jersey, its history, mission, and vision.
Learn about the comprehensive NJ State Health Benefits Programs (SHBP) available for eligible employees along with the various benefit programs the University offers.
Join us via Webex on your Computer, Tablet, or Smart phone. If you do not have access to any of the technology, please reach out to your immediate supervisor or HR Liaison prior to the session for assistance.
Immediately following our orientation, meet your tour guide at Blumenthal Hall Lobby located at 249 University Ave. (corner of Raymond Blvd.) to participate in the Discover RU-N Walking Tour of the campus from 12:30 pm – 1:15 pm.
