Welcome to Rutgers University-Newark!
Attend the New Employee Orientation (NEO) and learn more about Rutgers University, The State University of New Jersey, its history, mission, and vision.
Learn about the comprehensive NJ State Health Benefits Programs (SHBP) available for eligible employees along with the various benefit programs the University offers.
Immediately following our orientation, meet your tour guide at 45 Bleeker St. lobby to participate in the Discover RU-N Walking Tour of the campus from 12:15 pm – 1:00 pm.
