The Recruitment, Onboarding and Classification System (ROCS) is a one-stop system tool for job-posting and application.
HR Newark provides Hands-on Training throughout the semester for individuals from department or business unit designated as Authorizer, Initiator, or Applicant Reviewer.
Participants have the opportunity to work on actual recruitment and hiring cases with the assistance from our system specialist.
